Making a commitment to building our information resource network one nonprofit at a time, we carefully review the qualifications of each member nonprofit applicant and ask that they meet the following standards for membership:

- Audit statements confirming that the organization has been in existence for at least three years, and has completed the necessary filing protocol with the IRS (organizations that have not yet reached the three-year mark may still qualify if they are affiliated with an umbrella organization that meets the requirement.):
|
| |
- No IRS sanctions during the past three years.
|
| |
- A current IRS 990 form proving that no less than 66% of expenditures are devoted to the organization's mission and are non-administrative expenses.
