Project Sponsor a Camper with HIV to come to camp Funding Amount $1000
  
Project Defined The Safe Haven Project will holds its 13th annual "Vineyard Project" camp for young people with HIV from April 13 - 20, 2007 on Martha's Vineyard, MA. We are currently seeking caring individuals who wish to make a contribution to sponsor a child to attend camp. Cost includes transportation, lodging, meals, and all activities and averages approximately $1000 per camper for the entire week. Any amout you can donate will be appreciated and used directly to provide services as mentioned above. More info can be found at our website: http://safehavenproject.org
  
Project Needs This popular week-long camp/retreat provides sorely needed respite and fun to children who often live in isolation due to the stigma and prejudice associated with HIV. Coming to camp is often the singular highlight of their young live and provide an opportunity for camaraderie, friendship and acceptance. All donations will be directly applied to a child.
