Project Defined The Outside-The-Box Program is a program that educates individuals on non traditional careers. Non-traditional careers cover a broad spectrum of professions that are not generally publicized for aspiring practitioners.
  
Project Needs The program would host a guest speaker knowledgeable on a non-traditional career of choice to visit local middle schools and high schools in the community to promote success and growth in that field. As an ongoing program, various speakers will be at different middle schools and high schools throughout the year.
