Project Build A Clinic Funding Amount $5000
  
Project Defined Mano a Mano is seeking groups or individuals to sponsor the construction of a public health/acute care medical clinic in a remote rural area of Bolivia.
  
Project Needs $14,800 will build a clinic that serves an entire village! Mano A Mano has found that building a community clinic works best with direct participation of the local community. Part of the agreement to build a clinic requires the local residents to help with the construction process. Occasionally U.S. volunteers go to Bolivia to help with the actual construction process, carpentry, brick laying, etc., but the most important need is the money to purchase the bricks, cement and other construction materials. We are looking for groups or indiviuals to sponsor a clinic. Or donations of any amount towards building a clinic. A recent challenge grant will match any donation on a $1 to $2.50 basis. Your donation will be more than doubled!
